Manage
The following areas are managed by this utility. Each will expect you to
identify yourself and enter a password in order to allow the update.
1. UPLOAD New files e.g. JPG, PDF, 9incidents.txt (new browser tab)
2.Use web based form to fill in a new entry here)
To update an existing entry then download a copy of the file and edit by hand then UPLOAD it (be careful !!) (get a copy of the movie control file - if you need it - here)
NOTE NEW NAME OF FILE - i.e. starts with a 9 (August 2020)
